How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore your Pro unlock using your Apple ID. You will not be charged again.
Are the Etsy fee rates accurate?
The app includes editable Etsy fee defaults, which you can review and update at any time in Settings. If Etsy changes their rates, you can adjust them yourself immediately — no app update needed.
Can I export my data?
Yes. With Pro unlocked, you can export both your product catalog and your order log as CSV files. Each export includes full fee breakdowns so you can verify the numbers in a spreadsheet.
Does the app require an internet connection?
No. The app works entirely offline. Your data is stored locally on your device. The only network activity is the optional Pro purchase through Apple's App Store.
Is my data backed up?
Your data is stored locally on your device. It is included in your standard iCloud device backups if you have those enabled. The app does not sync data to any external server.
